After last year’s experience, the arts-style training returns Scalamusic through workshops with a multifaceted and cross-curricular approach: not only the deepening of a discipline, but the constant dialogue with other artistic forms to reaffirm in the concrete and creative artistic gesture the importance of a culture of encounter.

Per questo anno accademico Scalamusic Academy prevede 11 appuntamenti full immersion di formazione artistica a 360°: musica, canto, recitazione e danza a servizio dei temi dell’accoglienza, dell’incontro con l’altro e dell’intercultura, riscoprendo la diversità come ricchezza e non come ostacolo e divisione.

It is important to remember that Scalamusic Academy was not created as an alternative to the artistic paths that everyone can already take for their own professional growth.

Rather, it is aimed particularly-but not only-at those who already have an education, proposing first and foremost a path about oneself even before about artistic languages: art helps one to know oneself better, and having become more aware of one’s abilities and potential and one’s uniqueness, one will return to experiencing art with renewed enthusiasm.

The educational offerings we propose this year include 3 different paths:

– Y: ScalaMusic Academy YOUNG: for elementary and middle school children and youth.

For young artists who want to experiment in all the basic disciplines of theater: a single class for comprehensive training in singing, acting and dance, which will be complemented from time to time by complementary artistic subjects.

– E: ScalaMusic Academy EXPERIENCE: aimed at those who are beginning, or have recently begun, the ScalaMusic Academy experience.

Following the style of previous years’ workshops, participants will attend classes in all basic disciplines (singing-recitation-dance), but with a special depth in their chosen discipline. There will, of course, be classes in complementary art subjects.

– L: ScalaMusic Academy LIFE: aimed at those who have been experiencing ScalaMusic for several years.

For those who have already been attending ScalaMusic workshops for a longer time, we offer a challenge: a 360-degree training in all three basic disciplines-studied all at the same level-which will be complemented by complementary, more specific classes for staging.

N.B. In light of the above, since ScalaMusic Academy is not a “standard” course in artistic disciplines, the division between the EXPERIENCE and LIFE paths is not dictated by the technical level of the participants, but by the experience in our previous paths: only by first “experiencing” ScalaMusic is it possible then to “live” its message!
