We often think that saving the planet is too big a challenge for us. In reality, caring for the “common home” begins right outside our front door, in our neighborhoods, in the streets we walk every day.
Taking care of a little piece of the city is not just about cleaning up, but sending a message of respect and love for the environment in which we live.
A neighborhood that welcomes and unites.
This initiative is not only an ecological activity, but a moment of encounter. It will in fact see working side by side:
- ASCS workers and volunteers;
- Scalabrini House guests, who live in the neighborhood every day;
- The entire local community, residents, and anyone willing to lend a hand.
Together, we will turn drudgery into celebration, demonstrating that integration and care for the land go hand in hand.

At the end of the cleanup, we will all have lunch together to share a time of conviviality.
