Rediscover Your Roots: An Immersion in Nature to Rejuvenate Mind and Body with the Wasi Project

Have you ever felt the need to unplug from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and treat yourself to a moment just for you?
As part of the Wasi Project, we invite you to enjoy a special experience at the park: “Rediscover Your Roots,” a sensory immersion designed for all women who wish to rediscover balance, tranquility, and inner well-being.
Through the sounds, scents, and colors of nature, we’ll embark on a journey to rediscover the harmony and natural strength that each of us carries within. Together, we’ll slow down, let go of the week’s worries, and connect deeply with our surroundings.
What we’ll do together:
- Mindful walking: a slow, relaxed pace to rediscover your connection with the earth.
- Sensory Awakening: guidedexercises to listen to nature with all your senses.
- Breathing Among the Trees: moments dedicated to deep breathing to oxygenate the body and mind.
- Stillness and Listening: moments of silence and sharing to rediscover inner peace.
Who is this for?
This experience is open to all women. No physical training is required—all that matters is the desire to be together, to breathe the fresh air, and to spend some quality time with yourself.
Who will guide you?
You’ll be in expert and welcoming hands throughout the session:
- Fernanda Vargas, Psychologist – Expert in Forest Bathing
- Psychologist Orietta Huanan – Expert in Mindfulness
